Mixed media encaustic collage, 9x9 in (23x23x1.9cm). Combinations of found objects, juxtapositions of textures, colors and pigments from various sources, an occasional repurposed statement. Dated and signed on back; includes certificate of authenticity.
These work great in small spaces, but also in multiples, in a row or a grid. I assemble with an eye toward recycling and reusing, on scrap OSB lumber and heat-fused for eternity in beeswax (which means you can periodically buff the surface to a nice glossy luster, if you are inclined.)
